As Toll’s Construction Project Manager, Adam successfully delivered Toll’s first ‘in house’ Design & Construction mining camp in Ethiopia. Despite the challenges working in a remote location and a place referred to as the ‘hottest place on earth’, Adam mobilised a civil and infrastructure team on the ground to provide a self-sustainable state of the art accommodation facility. This was a great outcome for our client BHP meeting their exploration teams ‘in country’ mobilisation timeframe and established Toll’s remote camp construction capability. After starting Quantum Projects in 2012, we engaged Adam to establish Toll’s mobile camp construction facility in Brisbane where again he successfully built a team and delivered a quality product for our Client.
