- Due to our understanding of Origin’s safe work practices, we were able to mobilise equipment on-site to remove roofing while minimising total plant shutdown
Our engagement as project manager and planning enabled our client to focus on managing the day-to-day operations, essentially de-risking their core business operation. In addition to managing a gas project, our key focus was to ensure all works align to maintaining Origin’s safe work processes.
Due to the criticality of working in a live gas compression facility, substantial planning was required to ensure client approvals were sought prior to commencing our day and night works. Through efficient task resource levelling, we were able to ensure maximum utilisation of resources working in the plant and in the workshop.
