The office fitout presented considerable challenges with the need to deliver a project pre-Christmas; concurrently delivering a new workplace design while negotiations for the existing space were still in progress. Through effective stakeholder management and utlising open dialogue we were able to expedite the detailed design process with suitable client ‘buy-in’, tender the fitout and mobilise contractors to site, achieving a 7 week fitout period.
