- Negotiated base building works and performed warm shell works on behalf of the Landlord to reduce construction program
- De- risk Suncorp Queensland property portfolio
- The program schedule was delivered and staged in 2 phases to align with the new fitout (4,500m2) and refurbishment of existing fitout (2,300m2) while minimising impact of existing operational contact centre operations
- Despite the main goods lift breaking down for a week 2 weeks before first floor delivery, a collaborative approach with the Lessor, appointed Builder and contractors ensured the project was still delivered to program, under budget with no impact on quality
Suncorp consolidated their Milton contact centre into a consolidted and existing contact centre facility. This solution provided leasing efficiencies as well as an opportunity to engage staff with a new fresh fitout. The new office space promoted a higher uptake in Suncorp’s flexible way of working by providing increased amenity to support Suncorp’s Smart environment, including electric Sit to Stand desks, personal lockers and open collaboration areas.
The newly co-located Contact Centre was seen as critical to enhancing Suncorp’s customer experience and it aligns with Suncorp’s strategic goal to ‘inspire our people’.
