MORE INFORMATION

Quantum Projects worked with Toll to develop an appropriate project and construction process that would enable them to relocate existing partially completed mobile accommodation buildings and mobile frames in a purpose built facility. This included developing a viable commercial solution that would present a value proposition.

This project presented a number of risks especially the quality of the finished product and commercial engagement of contract and short term engagements. Our solution was to conduct full condition reports and audits of all partially completed buildings and available parts developing a procurement process to establish any gaps. The successful project completion enabled Toll to deliver three (3) mobile camps to their client on time, while also producing robust and detailed project documentation to permit tendering of manufacture to third party camp manufacturer’s across Australia.
